B2B Digital Communication Community Manager

Your main tasks will be:

Social media and content management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media communication for Aranet B2B and SAF Tehnika corporate channels;

• Create content ideas, prepare text, coordinate visual material creation, and schedule posts across all relevant platforms;

• Increase follower count and engagement level across platforms;

• Publish and update marketing content on corporate websites;

• Identify and engage industry experts for affiliate partnerships;

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media mentions to identify communication opportunities proactively;

• Monitor channel performance, optimize based on data, and report KPIs.

E-mail marketing and automation:

• Prepare and manage B2B newsletters for Aranet and SAF Tehnika audiences;

• Work with Customer.io to build, manage, and optimize automated email flows;

• Analyze email performance statistics and improve communication based on data.

You must have:

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS/IoT industry;

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and professional content creation;

• Experience working with email marketing platforms;

• Ability to create clear, structured communication materials and translate complex technical topics into an understandable message;

• Good organizational and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and independently drive processes;

• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance data;

• Excellent English language skills (written and oral);

• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn IoT and wireless environment monitoring solutions;

• Skills in short video editing will be considered a significant advantage.
